Born on October 19, 1943, he was an Indian film dialogue, story and screenwriter. He was a central figure in the filmmaking movement of the 1970s and 1980s, and is widely considered to be one of the greatest dialogue writers of all time. He hailed from Kurnool, a small town on the bank of Tungabhadra river in Andhra Pradesh, India. His movies have topped the box-office receipts in the 1980s India. Moin-Ud-Din has achieved both critical and commercial success in a wide variety of genres - Thriller, Drama and Crime.
